The Downward Spiral

First I thought: "downward spiral... that is negative", and I don't look at things negative and I don't want to promote or visualize that. But I thought further... Downward comes from upward...

So, I visualized the downward place. People that are in a downward spiral, don't see that the place where they come from is lighter. You can see the "monsters" in te downward place... but you can also see the light.
